Is MyFightPrep free?+
Yes — MyFightPrep is free during the beta. You create an account and use all core features: weight, nutrition, hydration, training and the dashboard.
Which sports is it built for?+
Every sport with weight classes: MMA, boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, BJJ, wrestling, judo, taekwondo and similar. If your sport has a weigh-in, MyFightPrep is built for you.
Do I need a fight scheduled to use the app?+
No. You can run without a fight date and simply track weight, nutrition and training. If you have a weigh-in date, the app shows your weight curve toward it.
Does MyFightPrep guarantee I'll make weight?+
No — and no serious tool would promise that. MyFightPrep gives you overview and guidance so you can make better decisions, but the result depends on your work. The guidance is not a replacement for a doctor, dietitian or your coach.
How does the AI meal scanner work?+
You take a photo of your meal and the app estimates calories and macros in seconds. You can always adjust the numbers manually afterward.
Is my data safe?+
Yes. MyFightPrep is built in Denmark, your data is stored in the EU (GDPR), and you can download or delete everything with one click at any time. We don't sell data and show no ads. Note: when you use the AI meal scanner, the photo itself is sent to an external AI service to be analyzed.
Can I use MyFightPrep on my phone?+
Yes. MyFightPrep is a web app that runs in the browser on both mobile and desktop — and you can add it to your home screen so it works like an app. A version in the App Store and Google Play is on the way.
What happens after the beta?+
During the beta, MyFightPrep is free. Before the beta ends, we'll communicate clearly what happens next — and you can always download your data.
