How to do it on iPhone
Use Safari — it doesn't work from other browsers on iPhone.

Open the site in Safari
Go to myfightprep.com in Safari on your iPhone.

Tap the Share button
The square button with the arrow pointing up — bottom center of the screen.

Choose “Add to Home Screen”
Scroll down the menu until you see the item with a plus icon.

Tap “Add”
Done! MyFightPrep is now on your home screen like an app.
How to use it afterwards
Open the app from your home screen like any other app — it starts straight in your dashboard, full screen. You only log in the first time.
